Derek Shaw

Howdy! My name is Derek Shaw, a theatrical sound designer and audio engineer with over 15 years of experience in the theatre world. I am passionate about theatre and all that it involves – storytelling, character development, and the ability to move and inspire audiences. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Math for Business and began to pursue a career in audio engineering, specifically for theatre. From acting to sound design, I have been involved in almost every aspect of the theatre process and loved every minute of it.
